April 2014. Francois de Gersigny. 10 months ago, Francois passed away in June last year. He joined Clan Line as a deck cadet in 1965. After B& C service he returned to his home in Mauritius and worked ashore.
March 2014. Captain G.B.Charleson. After losing his wife a few months back, it is with great sadness that I now have to report the passing of Captain George Charleson. George & Molly retired in New Zealand to be close to their daughter Anne. George took very ill suddenly on a cruise in Australia and died in Cairns hospital.
March 2014 . Ann Haines. Ann was based at the London Office and was secretary to Captain R.A. Hart.

20th December 2013. Captain Chris Abbott . Chris attended the 2013 reunion in Liverpool and will be sadly missed by many. Both seagoing and shore staff.

March 2013 It is with personnel sadness I have to report the untimely passing of Radio Officer David Fletcher. David was my 2nd R/O on King Alfred and he was also a radio amateur call sign G4FUS. So we had a lot in common. RIP.

30th April2013. Captain Ricky Flint passed away peacefully at his home in East London today He is survived by his wife Maggie and three daughters.
